BIRTHDAY PARTIES

Try Something new for your childs next birthday party, by having your party at our Hologram Zoo centre. Our kid’s birthday parties are the ideal place for kids to be kids on their special day!

  • Book a dedicated table for your birthday party at our centre. There is no extra charge. You can come in early and decorate your table, or just use it as it is.
  • Feel free to bring in your own food. We do not supply food or birthday cakes so please bring in your own.
  • Hologram Zoo Party Packs can be purchased .

There will be an assistant to help you, but we do not supply an actual dedicated party host, during your meal. However in the main hologram attraction there is a guide that will help to make things a bit more exciting.

How to Book?

Booking a birthday party at Hologram Zoo Sunshine Coast could not be more simple. Email our team on bookings@hologramzoosunshinecoast.com.au

Please provide your maximum number of guests, preferred date and time and any other critical information you think we need to know to make sure your birthday party is a hit.

What are the available party times?

We can host your party at the following starting times:

Friday Afternoons:
- Party slots are available at 4pm and 5pm only

Saturday:
– Party starts any time 10am to 5pm

Sunday:
– Party starts any time 10am to 3pm

When do i need final guest numbers?

When you book your party, book for the maximum number of guests you are expecting. That way, you can be sure that we will have room for everybody! Our team will call you closer to the day to confirm the final numbers and details. The deposit remains the same.

How Much Do Birthday Party Bookings Cost?

Using our party area is free of charge when you book a group booking to see one of our adventures. As the space is much saught after we do require a $150 deposit to secure the date and time. This is a non- refundable deposit should you choose not to go ahead.

This depsoit will be deducted from the total Hologram zoo experience price for the final bill.

What is included in a Single Session?

Single Session

  • Time: Schedule for Single Session Birthday (Around 1.5 Hours):
  • You Come In 15 Minutes Early if You Want to Decorate
  • Your Guests Arrive
  • They Do 45 Minutes in the Hologram Zoo Activities.
  • They Then Have Lunch / Dinner/ Cake
  • They finish by picking a gift at the Hologram Displayswhere each child is given a cardboard hologram of their choice to take home
What Is included in a Double Session?

Double Session

  • Time: Schedule for Double Session Birthday (Around 2 Hours):
  • You Come In 15 Minutes Early if You Want to Decorate
  • Your Guests Arrive
  • They Do 40 Minutes in the Hologram Zoo Activities.
  • They Then Have Lunch / Or Dinner and cake for 30-45 minutes
  • This is followed by a further 40 Minutes Dinosuar Adventure in the Hologram Zoo
  • They finish by picking a gift at the Hologram Displayswhere each child is given a cardboard hologram of their choice to take home
Do you provide Party Bags?

You are welcome to bring your own party bags. If you would prefer Hologram Zoo can provide you with a party bag for $10 a child. These ust be ordered 2 weeks in advance.

Do you have Parking?

We have dedicated centre parking on Queen street. There are also a number o parking centres nearby.

Is the centre accessible?

Yes, it is. It has disabled parking near the entrance and full access to the toilets. All of our attractions are entirely wheelchair-friendly.
