Hologram Zoo utilises active shutter 3D glasses to create an immersive holographic experience. These glasses rapidly alternate images between each eye, synchronised with the projection system, to produce a high-quality 3D effect. While this is typically imperceptible to most visitors, individuals with heightened sensitivity to flickering lights may notice the effect.

Additionally, the experience features motion graphics and projected imagery, which may include dynamic movement, varying brightness levels, and occasional flashing lights. While we do not use intense strobe effects, some individuals who are sensitive to visual stimulation may find certain elements of the experience overwhelming.

For visitors with sensory concerns, we recommend:

• Short trial exposure: Trying a brief session first to assess comfort levels.
• Taking breaks as needed: Visitors are welcome to step out of an attraction if they need a moment away from the visual stimuli. Their session can be paused in the system to allow them to take breaks.

Companion card holders are free. Young children under 4 are automatically included in any booked session. When you book, just quote the number of other people who will be attending. Please bring your concession card on the day.
